54º Congreso Español de Acústica — Tecniacústica 2023
This communication presents an update to the methodological guide for reducing the occurrence of potential nuisance situations due to vibration and groundborne noise inside homes, proposed by the authors in 2019. This update, results from experience in following various environmental impact studies carried out since 2019, especially in densely urbanized areas. Additional indicators were introduced, especially during the construction phase. As a result of the publication of new normative documents, small adjustments were made to the indicators already used, and updated procedures were introduced. In this context, a summary of the updated guide is presented, emphasizing the following aspects: Characterization methodology for vibration studies; Characterization of vibration during the construction phase and vibration and ground borne nose structural during the project exploration phase; Admissibility criteria, and Vibration monitoring.
